J Harding Associates, an established and well-respected agency located in the in Western U.S., is seeking an outside Sales Representative in Southern California with experience or interest in the following areas: Shooting Sports, Hunting, Fishing, Camping, Optics, and Cutlery.
Individual should be a confident, forward-thinking, self-starter with experience in customer service, sales [minimum 2 years], product knowledge, presenting to individuals and group in small and large market environments. This role(s) relies heavily on relationship building, accountability, expectation management, multi-tasking, and prioritization. The ability to travel within assigned territory to in-person meetings and outside territory to regional/national tradeshows, etc.. is required.
Additional skills should include, but are not limited to: completion of sales reports, sales data review, daily written and verbal communication with customers and factory personnel, communicating regularly with JHA agency principals and vendor sales management on account sales performance, order status and future planning.
