First Hunt Foundation President Rick Brazell is excited to share that the Foundation is expanding its leadership team and is currently seeking dedicated volunteers for national and state leadership roles. Since its inception in 2015, FHF has continued to grow and now has over 1,300 volunteer mentors operating across all 50 states. Brazell says, “FHF is looking for passionate individuals to help guide and support our mission of training the next generation of hunters. We know that to continue to be successful, we need to decentralize and have more leadership on the ground, closer to our mentors and the states where we coordinate.”
The Foundation is expanding its volunteer team to include various leadership roles, each essential to our operations and strategic goals. These positions will involve working closely with national and state leaders to develop and implement programs, events and policies that support our mission. We are seeking individuals with a variety of skills and expertise to fill roles across different areas of the Foundation.
We are currently recruiting for the following Director level positions:
1. US Regional
2. Marketing
3. National Programs
4. Fundraising and Membership
5. Multiple States
All positions within the First Hunt Foundation are remote, volunteer-based with no set hours nor salary. We operate uniquely as a large, national non-profit organization without paid employees although travel costs are generally covered. This model allows us to more fully dedicate our resources to our mission and programs.
As a volunteer leader, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our growth and impact by overseeing various aspects of our operations, including fundraising, program development, and community outreach.
If you are interested in joining our team and making a meaningful impact on our mission, please reach out to us for more information about available positions and how you can get involved.
We look forward to working with dedicated individuals who share our passion for the outdoors and commitment to training the next generation of hunters. For inquiries and further details, please contact us at info@firsthuntfoundation.org.
