Horizon Firearms and iota Outdoors Seeks to Fill Role of President

College Station, TX (October 1, 2021) – With plans for rapid expansion and growth through acquisition, Horizon Firearms and iota Outdoors is seeking to fill the role of President. This role would work alongside the company founder, Derrick Ratliff, and report to the parent company COO.

As the search to fill the role continues, Ratliff, founder and current president, prepares to shift his role within the organization to focus on sales, marketing, and product development.

“I am really excited about all the new opportunities in front of us,” Ratliff comments. “We are looking for another A-player that’s strong in finance and operations and can be my counterpart to help us continue on our path of growth and expansion.”

The ideal candidate for this role is an outdoor industry veteran with a strong operations and finance background and a proven track record of scaling a business to support more than five times its current revenue within two years. They are a LEAN leader and not only sees the benefits of kaizens, PDCA, and other LEAN principles but lives it every day and champions LEAN thinking across the organization.
