FL Outdoor, home to Swhacker Broadheads, C’Mere Deer and TAC Vanes, is growing its team, and Hal Thomas has been hired for the newly created position of marketing brand manager for Kelly’s Outdoor division.
Thomas is a creative and strategic leader with nearly 25 years of marketing experience. He has worked from both the brand and agency sides to help brands in the outdoor, tactical, tourism and CPG industries create products, messages, and experiences that surprise and delight consumers. Thomas is also an avid hunter.
“Hal will be focused on developing strategic marketing plans and unifying marketing and sales efforts as these brands continue to grow and we expand into new spaces,” shared Laura Rotroff, vice president Marketing & Communications. “Hal’s industry knowledge and decorated experience working on successful, large-scale campaigns made him the perfect fit for this role.”
Thomas is an outdoor enthusiast with a particular love for hunting, so finding a role where he could work closely with brands that align with his values and interests has been a long-standing professional goal.
“I couldn’t be more excited to join the team at Kelly Products in their Outdoor division,” shares Thomas. “Their hunting and sports brands narrow the gap between the things I do for work and things I do for fun—and who doesn’t want that?
